Professional Experience

Andy has been working in the real estate appraisal field since 1980 almost exclusively in the New Brunswick market. His practice is general in nature, working in all forms of commercial and residential real estate. Andy has been involved with the local governance of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NBAREA) being past president on three occasions, as well as having been past chair of the Complaints Committee and the Discipline Committee and past chair of education committee for several years. Andy also served for a short time as a national peer reviewer.

Andy has a background in the general insurance industry, having had an insurance license for several years. Andy earned the professional designation of P. App, CRA in 1999. He is a former municipal councillor and served as chair of the municipal planning committee and chair of the regional planning and review adjustment committee.
