Professional Experience

John has been working in the real estate appraisal field since 2021 with experience in the Ontario and New Brunswick markets. He has experience in both residential and commercial appraisal, and currently operates as a “generalist” within the commercial space. He works with a wide variety of commercial properties across the province on behalf of local, regional, and national clients. John also has experience working in finance roles for two fortune 500 companies and the Canada Revenue Agency.

• Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
• Vice President of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
• Completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia (2021).
• Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University (2019).
